Long-Lewis Local Hero of the Month Award

In an effort to reward local people for Outstanding Community Service, Long-Lewis Automotive Group of Corinth will be awarding one person each month $500 and a Certificate of Appreciation to recognize their efforts in serving the Corinth & Alcorn County Community.

We will use social media to get the information out to the public to nominate someone they feel deserves this Award for Outstanding Community Service. The recipient of the Award will be determined by the nominee post that gets the most Likes from the community at the end of each month. We will announce the recipient via social media on the 1st of the following month. The Certificate and $500 Award will be given to the recipient at the local dealership on or around the 15th of each month.

The process to nominate is to simply comment on our monthly post with your nomination to the Long-Lewis of The Long-Lewis Corinth Facebook page, @LongLewisFordCorinth (multiple nominations are allowed by the same person). The post requirements are write an explanation of why they are nominating the individual, tag the nominee along with anyone else they feel would agree and Like the nomination in the post, attach a photo of the nominee in action (optional), and share the post so others will be aware of the opportunity to recognize or be recognized. We will also request participants to Like our page for maximum engagement with Long-Lewis thus creating more awareness for this worthy cause.

To encourage more people to participate in this worthy cause, and in-turn be able to recognize more people within the community, previously Awarded recipients can only be nominated/Awarded once every 12 months.

To further aid in the success of this program, we are asking our community leaders, organizations, groups, churches, media, etc. to simply share our post each month and encourage their members/followers to participate in community service and nominate deserving individuals. For those who agree to do so, we will send a link to the post each month for your convenience.

Long-Lewis Automotive Group of Corinth will also use Facebook's Paid Post-Boost feature to further the reach of each monthly post gain as additional exposure with those not following our page and the pages of our Community Partners.

We look forward to rewarding our citizens for their ongoing efforts to make the Corinth & Alcorn County a better place to live and for aiding those in need within our communities. We also look forward to your participation in spreading the word so all who deserve recognition have an opportunity to be awarded.
